Maked Energea was established in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The central piece of our business proposition is the self-developed and optimised IoT energy management software accompanied by ongoing advice offered by our experienced energy and controlling experts.
The strategic goals in every client project are to optimise energy management, to establish highly efficient maintenance, and to assure advanced life-cycle investment management to minimise total costs of ownership (TCO).
The measures implemented by Maked Energea are chosen by strict merit order, where measures with short time to market and with little or no extra investment are prioritised.
In a typical project, Maked Energea manages 500+ buildings with a total annual energy spend of 260 GWh and a total surface area of 1,000,000 m2.
